Connect Stripe and every payment turns the buyer into a customer in Bridge, even if they never used the chat.

What you get

• The contact becomes a Customer.
• Their card shows Total spent, Purchases, Last purchase and Last purchase date.
• Their conversation shows the payment, for example Paid $899.00 · private-global.
• If nobody with that email exists in Bridge yet, the customer is added as a new contact.

How payments are matched

By the email used at checkout (Stripe Checkout). For the best match, identify your visitors with the same email before they pay. The package name comes from the package_slugs or plan metadata of the checkout session, when you set one.
